cLUNj teaching lung surfaces — 20 October 2026 The five active lobar envelopes use modified public s1379 lung masks from: Wasserthal et al., TotalSegmentator v2.0.1, Dataset with segmentations of 117 important anatomical structures in 1228 CT images. DOI: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.10047292 Dataset licence: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International, https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Modifications: shared outer envelopes and fissural interfaces, rigid coordinate conversion, surface extraction and simplification, bounded fitting to the unchanged teaching branch models, local right hilar sampling fairing and source-matched material maps. The left lung materials also retain attributes transferred from the original teaching prototype. This is a modified teaching model derived from one expanded public reference, not an average anatomy or patient-specific measured collapse. These public source components are not claimed as exclusive cLUNj property. No endorsement by the dataset authors is implied. Original branches, fixed tissues and inherited shader components remain subject to the separate provenance notices. Images from surgical videos, Cellap and private patient studies are not included. Retraction, local transparency and branch removal remain illustrative. Technical packaging checks do not establish clinical accuracy, physical tissue mechanics or operative competence.
